Biothis is my ocd log. i was previously involved in a study to compare the differences between home-based and in-office exposure/response therapy.. hopefully this has been an accurate chronicle of what i had to go through involving the therapy and the issues surrounding it.. i tried to give as much background as possible, but i'm sure there were things i missed..
i've also used this journal as an outlet while being seen at the sexual assault centre in my city.. hopefully people will see my candidness about what has happened to me and feel confident to step out of the shadows themselves.. i think if all women (and men!!) talked about this shit more it wouldn't happen so much...
and right now it's being used as a receptacle for brief purges of emotion as well as everything else it's been used for in the past.. comment features are being removed for those posts because i just need to get it out and be done with it...
serious questions are more than welcome
